F&O Wealth Management Limited is wholly owned by Frederika and Oliver Clay, Oliver is Frederika’s husband. Oliver runs their other business F&O Homes, a Chester based property development company.

ValidPath are a financial Network, they support me in running my business, by providing compliance and regulation services, they do this by checking the advice I give and submitting my annual FCA returns amongst other things.

How much does financial advice cost?
Our fees depend on the services you need. We offer percentage-based fees. We will always discuss fees with you upfront so there are no surprises, and the fees are clearly detailed in our client agreements that we will discuss early on in our adviser-client relationship.Do you offer a free initial consultation?

What information do I need to provide for financial planning?
Typically, details about your income, expenditure, savings, pensions, investments, liabilities, attitude to risk and financial goals. We’ll have a conversation which we call a fact-find to gather all of this information.How often will we review my financial plan?
We offer annual reviews or more frequent check-ins depending on your needs, however there is no limit on communication, if you have a question our clients are always welcome to get in touch and arrange a meeting should it be required.What happens if my financial situation changes?
We adjust your plan to reflect life events like a new job, marriage, children, or unexpected financial changes. Part of the service we offer is to build a Cash flow forecast to help you visualise your financial future, this forms part of the discussion in our annual review meetings and is a living document that will be amended regularly to suit the clients circumstances.Can I change my investment strategy later?
Yes, your portfolio can be adjusted based on your evolving goals, risk appetite, and market conditions at any time following a discussion with your adviser.
